Last year, 2,000 cards were designed by children from local schools, daycares, playgroups, and organizations and delivered to nursing home residents across Charlotte. Artist Spotlight:: Heather Adams

Heather Adams was born and raised in Columbia, SC. Like many artists, Adams says her love of music and singing started at a very young age.

“I lead my first song in church when I was 12 years old. I was so scared, I think I also had my first panic attack. As time went by, I continued to improve on my skill, until the Lord called me to do more.”

Adams quickly made a name for herself in Gospel music. The Midlands native has sung behind some of the greatest artists including Kim Burrell, Tunesha Crispell, Wendi Wyatt, Micah Stampley, and many local artists.
